It’s Not Goodbye But See You Again

Dear All,

How are you doing? Here is an important announcement regarding the temporary closure of our automated chatbot services in Facebook Messenger, starting effectively from 4th January 2019.

Ever since we launched our chatbot in mid-2017, we have more than 9000 users making use of our services in gaining convenient access to the directory of mental health services and psychological information. In the meantime, we are also honored to have more than 25 local mental health services providers joining us.

However, we have been struggling financially in the past few months to make this service free and available for our users due to the recent change of payment policy in the platform. Due to our financial constraints, we have to temporarily close this service to continue sustaining the platform. It is definitely a hard decision for the team to make, as we have to let go of something that has delivered so much value to the community.

Thus, we are currently working hard to raise funds to make this service available again for our users in the near future. If you wish to continue supporting the community, you can help MY Psychology at this site: www.patreon.com/mypsychologychannel.

For our users’ future convenience, we have migrated the directory of mental health services to the “Get Help” section in our official website:https://www.mypsychologychannel.com/get-help-my/ You can still inbox us using Facebook messenger despite the automated chatbot services being unavailable for any future enquiries.

Once again, we would like to express our gratitude to every single one of you who has been with us throughout the journey. 2019 is definitely a challenging year ahead, we promise to work harder and continue empowering the community.

With You, MY Psychology.

Best regards,

Gary
